Biography

Jermaine Campbell is a subsidy advisor at the Fonds Cultuur Participatie, specifically for the Talent Development scheme. He informs and advises potential new applicants about the Urban Arts Talent, Urban Arts Coach, Talent Development in Informal Networks and Strengthening Talent Chain schemes. This means that he is the contact for the talents, coaches and organizations involved in talent development. He is also responsible for the implementation of these partial schemes. The Urban Arts Talent and Urban Arts Coach schemes are aimed at strengthening individual development processes for talents and coaches in the Urban Arts. At Urban Arts Talent, the Fund supports talented self-taught urban arts talents who are not yet active as professional makers. These talents develop their skills and experience as makers, for example in the artistic or business field. Urban Arts Coach focuses on professionals within the urban arts who have developed their coaching skills in a self-taught manner and are ready for a professional next step as a coach of urban talents.
