Biography

Ingeborg fulfills the functions of both artistic and business director and is also active in implementation as project leader, program maker and coach.
Graduated from the University of the Arts: Theater teacher. Independent cultural entrepreneur, project management & development Talisman. Director, started the New Attraction festival in 2003 and has since gone on to develop many new projects. In addition to her work as a business and artistic director, Ingeborg scouts and coaches employees and artists.
