Biography

Char Grant’s career has been immersed in talent development and A&R since 2009, spanning Artist Management for Modest! (MNEK, Little Mix), Publishing at BMG (signings include P2J, TSB & Ghetts) and most recently Records (founding A&R Director at 0207 Def Jam).
In 2023 Char her launched music & creative consultancy Babychild. Char also co-founded the Black Music Coalition, The Debrief, in sits on the BPI council and advises on the PRS foundation Power-up executive steering board.
